Bare vexed:

Dear Isabelle Kerr, slang has become a big part in our society for the young generation, it’s taken over the normal words that are used in the everyday life of a normal person, the article by me starts off by saying “im so gonna unlike that selfie of her twerking, srsly though these words make me wanna vom “this is expressing that these slang words are not expectable to use and if they are expectable shouldn’t be used in certain text. as the article carry’s on she explains how she is in the young generation as she is 20 years old, and she also notes that she’s sad that all this slang text is “sadly not a misprint “and she is “embarrassed and ashamed “in my experience the boys and girls between age 13-17 mainly use the slang text, if a 20 year old writes an article on how he/she feels about it, it’s going to be a different view and feelings towards it because its most likely she/he didn’t use slang and used normal text.

I disagree with what the article says on slang, in my opinion the language has changed before over the years, im a 15 year old boy and slang is now the present English just as normal English words was the present text back in the time, it may not be the present text for the older generation but for the young generation that’s being brought up around it, it’s going to become the text that they all use. Isabelle Kerr also says “it’s important to keep up with the language developments but these words give out the wrong impressions” the slang words don’t give out a different impression to the normal Standard English it’s just standard English cut down, it’s not a different word that’s throwing out different meanings, nearly everyone in the society understands the slang that being used because the older generation has used it in messages before in my past experience, also the younger generation has rubbed off using slang onto the older people because one of the main reasons why slang is used is to send fast messages and the older people want to be the same so they start to adapt to the

Slang text Is sort of like a new piece of clothing that has come into the stores, it would come into the stores, be the new trend and then it would slowly fade out and something new will come along, it’s the same with slang, slang will be replaced and it could either go back to standard English or a new text style could come, but the point is it’s not the end of the world to use slang once in the while, it’s still the modern day words that everyone likes to use but shortened. There was a point in the article were I did agree with what it was saying, it was when its explained how the slang words have been added to the dictionary, the dictionary had been made way before slang was used, so I disagree to mixing standard English with slang in the same dictionary because it’s sort of like mixing a rival group to each other it will not work and people will disagree that it was right.

Transformation

Transformation:

I sit there, from early hours in the morning till the later hours of night. Each second of the day my head runs through the rehearsal of a see and kill scene. As I sit on this tree I see the open world of a city. I hear the noises of animals lurking closer to me, as I look down I see the gritty ground, the reflection of the sky into the windows, My body is ready for this kill, my wings finesse into the air, my beak sticks out shining, my feet are hooked ready to fly off, and it’s a perfect plan.  The shining light looks down on me as my inspection begins, my feet are hooked onto the trees waiting as any time the moment could come, when I see my pray I will fly down sharply so my pray has no time to react, as I get to this pray, I will sharply take the pray off its feet in a swift movement, I will rip this animal flesh bit by bit, bone by bone until it’s all faded, this will be more luxurious meal of the day. When I fly in the air I get a sense of excitement, as the wind breezes past my face, my eyes widen up as I see the ground getting closer, my mind locked into a killing position, once I’m in this mind there’s no going back, everything seems right from that moment onwards, nothing stops me in my sight, it’s a clear path in my eyes, the suns still shining behind me, as it reflects on my pray.  Finally my journey has ended, I have got my pray, it’s in my arms as the fresh blood pours out, the flesh in between my teeth as I rip the animal bit by bit, the pray is nearly done, the bones of the animal.

Every day and night I come out, I come out to see the sun shining down on me, I don’t sleep, and my eyes are on 24/7 look-out. My feet are moving constantly through the ground, my nose sniffs out a sense of food, at the same time my eyes are focused to get food, I am the food for predators, my flesh is the food of one animal, this animal I see form the early start of the day till night, the eyes of this large, detailed predator looks down on me, watching my steps, its examining my moves, I’m scared as any moment this predator could fly down and that will be the end of the day, I’ve got to be careful. The day goes on I go more deep and close into the predators territory, I’ve got to do this, the food is crucial to me, the risk is high but the reward is better that last step was the wrong step, my eyes just locked onto what’s happening, I hear the noise of the predator flying down as the wind whistles as a swift movement is being performed, there was no time for me to react, the blood of my body pours out as my flesh is being ripped, I was a simple meal for the predator. That’s it, The wrong step made this choice, now my life has come to a halt.

I succeeded, my pray has been killed, as I’m biting into this flesh, i notice that the wait was worth it, i will finish my meal and return back to my nest and wait for the next pray to come along and fall into my trap.
